Revvell interviews Ken McGhee
My conversation with Kenneth McGhee is based on his booklet, “Teamwork, Moving Beyond Teambuilding Exercises”. I remember somewhere reading that this book could pertain to teamwork at church and home as well as at work. I didn’t see it from reading the book so my purpose in doing this interview with Ken was to see how parents can work with their children and couples could work together to create teams in their homes as well as how employees and employers could work together.
This turned out to be a fascinating, enjoyable interview. Mr. McGhee knows his stuff and I’m hoping he takes that knowledge, expands on it and puts out a bigger, better, fully-fleshed out piece of work.
